About ICESD
This international seminar is for experts, academics, practitioners and stakeholders, and communities worldwide to share ideas and views that can inspire real action in maintaining and creating sustainable harmony for our Earth amidst the challenges of global climate change, environmental degradation, decreased biodiversity, and global warming. Collaborative and innovative actions are central to realizing the sustainable development goals (SDGs) to achieve a sustainable future for future generations.
Through discussion, research, and strong collaboration, this international seminar promotes an in-depth understanding of the complex relationship between global climate change, environmental sustainability, and efforts to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs). This international seminar will serve as a platform capable of shaping policy directions and strategies that have a positive impact on facing current global challenges.
It is hoped that this international seminar will become a space for formulating concrete actions in dealing with the reality of climate change and preserving the environment and can provide impetus to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs) by utilizing a variety of experiences, ideas, and innovative solutions.

Conference Scope
The topics of the conference include, but not limited to, the areas listed below:
Climate and environment
Global climate change and mitigation, environmental education and sociology, environmental management and protection, environmental policy framework, food-energy-water (few) security, sustainable land use and natural resource management.
Biodiversity and conservation
Conservation and ecosystem restoration, protection and management of endangered species and habitats, sustainable forestry and fisheries practices, ecosystem services and valuation, indigenous knowledge and community-based conservation approaches.
Sustainable development approach
Sustainable finance and banking, sustainable tourism, sustainable urban planning and smart cities, energy efficiency, sustainable transportation and mobility solutions, circular economy models and resource efficiency, social equity, inclusivity, and environmental justice.
Waste management and environmental engineering
Waste reduction, pollution control, waste-to-energy technologies, hazardous waste management and remediation, sustainable wastewater treatment and water resource management, environmental impact assessment and life cycle analysis, sustainable materials and green engineering practices, renewable energy technologies.
